The printed stencil is the wrong size
Print at 100%, or Actual Size. Turn off Fit to Page and Scale to Fit in the print dialog. Measure the 50 mm bar on the sheet with a ruler: it must read 50 mm.
Does a failed stencil cost a credit?
No. If the stencil cannot be made, the credit is returned automatically.
I bought credits but do not see them
Open Credits and tap Restore purchases. Credits are tied to your device and survive reinstalling.
How do I use my own drawing?
Choose New stencil, then My artwork. Line art is cleaned, resized and printed for free, offline.
How many pages will a big design take?
The Export screen shows the page count before you save. Pages overlap by 8 mm and carry crop marks.

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
